I am a registered Dietitian based in Northern Ireland, who loves all things food. I truly believe our food choices are so powerful, but more importantly, that our relationship with food is paramount. I have often struggled with body image and dieting; a battle so many of us face throughout our lives. It’s not a straight road, but the journey to recovery is one that is undeniably worth it.
I am so passionate about using my personal and professional experience to reach those who are struggling to say goodbye to diet culture, help them finally find freedom in their bodies and make food good again!
